HR and Admin assistant
Mon, Wed, Friday- 18 hrs a week
Flexible start and finish times within a 9-5 day.
Quince Honey Farm in South Molton has recently relocated the whole business and expanded all areas of the attraction. This is a very exciting opportunity for someone to work as part of a great team in the office.
Main job responsibilities include but not limited to:
Writing job descriptions, contracts, job offers, reference follow ups.
Liaising with schools and group bookings.
Managing the rota for the education team.
Taking incoming phone calls as well as other administrative tasks.
Knowledge and experience:
HR experience required
A good understanding of software packages such as Microsoft Word and Excel
Experience engaging with staff
Excellent communication and written skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
