The safety and welfare of our staff and customers is of our highest priority. While restrictions are no longer in place, Covid-19 is still with us and we do respectfully ask that visitors practice good personal hygiene by washing hands/using sanitiser and being mindful of other people’s space while moving through the attraction.
Online booking
We have an online booking system to help us monitor capacity levels. This gives our visitors peace of mind knowing that it will never become over-crowded. We recommend booking in advance as we cannot guarantee entry on the door if tickets have already sold out.
Cleaning
Strict cleaning measures are in place every day to ensure surfaces are sanitised and safe.
Face coverings
We no longer require face coverings to be worn on our premises, but visitors are welcome to do so if they would prefer.
Sanitiser
Hand sanitiser is available at the entrance to all buildings, at the Nectary Restaurant and at the entrance to the toilets.
Shop
- Sanitiser available on entry.
- Display units spaced well to allow for safe and easy movement through the shop.
- If preferred by the customer, staff do not have to handle customers’ purchases. Barcodes can be scanned without contact and bags are available to pack their items themselves.
