Covid 19 Policy

education team

“We have been working hard to ensure measures are in place to protect our staff and visitors. We want our visitors to enjoy their time with us in a safe and clean environment. Please see the measures we have taken to prevent the spread of Covid-19 below.”

Ian Wallace, QHF Partner

As of 19th July 2021

The safety and welfare of our staff and customers is of our highest priority, therefore we will be operating as we were previously, with no changes.

Online booking

We have an online booking system to help us monitor capacity levels and to ensure we never go above our limit. This gives our visitors peace of mind knowing that there will be ample space for social distancing and that it will never become over-crowded. We recommend booking in advance as we cannot guarantee entry on the door if tickets have already sold out.

Cleaning

Strict cleaning measures are in place every day to ensure surfaces are sanitised and safe.

Face coverings

We respectfully request that face coverings should be worn in all indoor areas, unless exempt. Face coverings may be removed when seated in the Nectary Restaurant, Play Hive Café and in all outside areas.

Sanitiser

Hand sanitiser is available at the entrance to all buildings, at the Nectary Restaurant and at the entrance to the toilets.

Signage

Clear signage is in place reminding visitors to wash/sanitise their hands, to wear face coverings, and to practice social distancing.

Check-in

QR codes are placed at relevant places throughout the attraction as well as paper records for those without the Track and Trace app.
