An Hour with the Bees

If you are curious about what it would be like to open a hive for the first time, are thinking about owning a hive for yourself, or just want to see what it is like to be up close with a colony of honeybees, then this is the experience for you!  An Hour with the Bees is a dedicated session for you and your group of family/friends to have a taste of beekeeping with one of our team. You will be kitted out in protective gear for the session and your beekeeper will take you to a hive of honeybees and help you open the hive, handle the bees, and answer any questions you may have about basic beekeeping. We guarantee an experience you will remember forever… you never forget the first time you open a hive!

When: Sessions are available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 3:30pm-4:30pm, from April until the end of September. If these days/times do not suit your group then please contact us on [email protected] and we will see what we can do to accommodate you.
