Interested in honeybees but can’t make it here for a visit? Our ‘Live from the Hive’ Zoom sessions can bring the hive to you!
Using the “Zoom” video platform, we will broadcast the opening of a hive straight to you! Watch as a beehive is opened up, learn all about honeybees and see them in action. Our presenter will talk you through the life of the hive and the wonders of the honeybee, and answer any questions that you may have. Perfect for groups that are just a bit too far away to visit us!
Suitable for community groups, or students in a classroom or assembly (primary or secondary).
Sessions run from April – September, and can be booked any day Monday to Friday, from:
- 9:00 am – 9:30 am, or
- 9:30 am – 10:00 am
Zoom session lasts 30 minutes and includes Q&A.
